NEOMIN is one of 17 Information Technology Centers (ITCs) in Ohio
serving over 40,000 students in 31 educational entities through its
membership with the Ohio Information Computer Network (OECN).
NEOMIN, in conjunction with the Ohio Department of Education,
comprise a statewide delivery system to provide comprehensive,
cost-efficient information technology services for participating Ohio
school districts and community schools.
NEOMIN provides five core services for its educational entities in
Trumbull and Ashtabula Counties. These core services include
Network/Email, Fiscal, Library, EMIS, and Student Services.
